How to Get One 

Getting an athletic mouth guard is a fairly simple process. When you come into our office, we will take an impression of your teeth that will be made into a mold that will provide the details of your smile we need to make the guard. This will ensure that the mouth guard fits the size of your mouth perfectly. After the impression has been taken, it will take us a few weeks to create it and have it completely ready. 

For each of our patients who currently have or are trying to get a mouth guard, we recommend that you replace it around every 4 months, or after a full sports season. The more you bite down into your mouth guard, the more loosely it will fit onto your teeth.
